1. Hotel information

Hotel Idea is located at Ferit Stërmasi, 1001 Tirana, Albania. Contact: +355 69 400 0855, info@hotelida.al. Reception is open 24/7.

2. Bookings

• Online bookings are a request for accommodation and are confirmed subject to availability.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of dates, number of guests and contact details.
• Check-in: 14:00 – 00:00. Check-out: 08:00 – 10:30.
• Children are welcome. Extra beds / cribs: subject to availability (on request).
• Pets: not allowed.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in EUR (or the equivalent currency at reception). Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Local taxes, VAT or other charges may apply under applicable law and will be communicated during booking or at the hotel.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in theRefund Policy. The specific conditions of your rate (flexible / non-refundable) apply as shown on your confirmation.

5. During your stay

• Guests must respect house rules, quiet hours and staff instructions.
• Damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the guest.
• The hotel may refuse or terminate a stay in cases of behaviour that endangers safety or disturbs other guests, without refund for remaining nights where justified.

6. Events and hall hire

Requests for conferences / events (capacity up to approximately 100 guests) are confirmed with a separate quote. Deposit and cancellation terms for events are specified in the event contract.

7. Website

• Website content is for information purposes; room availability changes in real time.
• Photos are illustrative; the specific room assigned may differ from availability, while maintaining the booked category.
• Misuse of the website (scraping, attacks, unauthorised access attempts) is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

The logo, text, photographs and website design are protected. Reproduction without prior written permission is not allowed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Idea is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Liability relating to the stay is limited in accordance with accommodation law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual agreement; in the absence of a resolution, the competent courts in Tirana shall have jurisdiction.
